Submission Pack

Paste the target journal's Author Guidelines alongside your manuscript draft. The prompt reformats the manuscript into the required files and zips them, and produces a separate flagged-issues report of what still needs your attention, never a guessed ethics number or invented ORCID.

Settings

How to use

  1. Save or copy the ‘Author Guidelines’ (or ‘Instructions for Authors’) page from the target journal’s website.
  2. Attach the guideline together with your manuscript draft (e.g. the Paper Drafter output) in the same message.
  3. Fill in the journal name, reference style fallback and peer review type, then copy the prompt.
  4. Paste the prompt with both attachments. Use a platform that can create downloadable .zip and .docx files.
  5. Open the flagged-issues file first and resolve every item before uploading the pack to the journal’s submission system.
