KITAB PROMPT

Nine linked prompt generators that take a review from search strategy to research gap analysis, a first manuscript draft and a submission-ready file pack. Fill in the inputs on each page, copy the generated prompt, and paste it into your LLM platform.

Workflow

  1. Load the Persona prompt at the start of the chat.
  2. Build the PubMed query, then run it in PubMed Advanced Search and export the abstracts.
  3. Upload the abstracts with the Abstract Screening prompt to get the extraction table.
  4. Feed that table to Visualize and Gap Finder.
  5. Upload the included full-text PDFs with Literature Matrix for the 12-column extraction.
  6. For a single paper, use Context Analyzer to break it down section by section into markdown.
  7. Feed that markdown into Paper Drafter to produce a first manuscript draft.
  8. Before submitting, run Submission Pack against the target journal's Author Guidelines.
